wembleyi earnestly love and admire that, in this particular political moment, Riverdale chose to bump up Kevin's screentime and focus on his new boyfriend, as well as continue to focus on Toni/Cheryl, and to show them kissing as much as possible. It's important and cool.
i know most people have probably abandoned this show (idky, it's always a batshit delight) but it's still cool that the writing team did this (maybe more cool)
did two characters living IN the 1950s just say, "you've really captured what it's like to be in a queer interracial relationship in the 1950s"? ...yes
did a young man in the 1950s just say the words "my mental health"? ...yes
which. lol. but, i mean, it's not a documentary, it's a show for teens in 2023, so fuck it
