Picard S2E06 - "Two of One"

- The f/f vibes between Agnes and the Borg Queen are off the charts. Last week, the BQ caressed her face and then literally penetrated her face and then her mind.
- I'm talking about them more than Raffi/Seven because I'm just more happily gobsmacked by the Agnes/BQ stuff, but I've got no complaints about Raffi/Seven, they're fun to watch, as a couple and individually. Sometimes Raffi feels a little one-note since she's still in such grief over Elnor, but it's fine, I don't really mind.
- So Agnes just walks on stage, the band is like, "A rando wants to sing Pat Benatar? Find by me" and they do it? You know what? Good. Goooood.
- It defies belief that Kore had no idea what was going on with her dad but idk I guess he was keeping her just as sheltered from his work as he was from the outside world, he must be super controlling. It's just, she mentioned helping him with his work in the previous episode, so you'd think...? That fucked up montage was still very effective, though. I kept thinking of that mountain of skulls in that one Doctor Who episode. Or the mountain of skulls in GOTG2. Basically, what I'm saying is I'm surprised we didn't see a mountain of skulls.
- Hearing Picard say, "Guys, I think I'm in trouble" or whatever it was, was kind of weird. I'm just telling myself that he's mellowed in old age. A lot. I guess it makes sense.
- Would like more Picard/Q interactions!
- Anyway, I'm on the edge of my seat and love this season.
